A Second Catastrophe

At the one-year mark of devastating floods and loss of life in the Texas Hill Country, another significant rain event damaged and re-damaged the area. While families are still rebuilding homes and lives, the second storm further impeded that work and caused individuals to rethink and relive the events from a year ago.

Dealing with current and past stressors is difficult. What is normal to feel? How do we cope? How do we talk with our friends about it?
